A Look at June’s Drills
Meet Our New Featured Designer: Debra Diegoli

Our featured designer this month is a name you might recognise as she is a regular sharer in the community. Deb Diegoli hails from Massachusetts where she runs her bootcamp 5 days a week at the local YMCA.
A New Workout Plan
Deb themes her workouts each day of the week:
- Move Monday: Cardio
- Tune Up Tuesday: Upper Body
- Workout It Out Wednesday: W.O.D.
- Thoracic Thursday: Lower Body
- Fancy Friday: Stations
So I asked her if she would share 2 full weeks of workouts so we can see what this looks like. Once all the new drills are up I’ll add them to a new Workout Plan.

Noteworthy Community Convos
This month one trainer brough back the Nutbush drill (RIP Tina), others shared Wedding celebration bootcamp ideas and there was a good discussion on choosing equipment for your home gym/studio.
The Annual Upgrade
It’s coming to the end of the financial year here in Australia so now is a great time to get in the last few business tax deductions.
