What Exercise Am I?
Length: 10-15 minutes
Equipment needed: Post-it notes with exercises written on them, Exercise List with reps
This works similar to the party game where you stuck a posted note to your forehead and tried to guess which celebrity you are.
All you need is a piece of paper (or whiteboard) with your list of exercises written on them including reps next to each one. You also need Post-it notes with the same exercises which you should stick onto clients head (no need to write reps).
How it works:
Once each client has a Post-it Note on their head they will pick an exercise from your exercise list. For example a client picks Burpees which need to be done for 15 reps.
Once completed they will ask the trainer ‘Am I Burpees?’ If the posted note says Burpees they gain 1 point and get a new Post-it note. If they get it wrong they pick another exercise from the list and repeat until they get it.
First to guess 3 Post-it notes wins.
Can be a fun warm up or even used as main workout. Duration for myself was 15mins but that will vary depending on how quickly people guess.
Clients loved it and I will definitely use again in the future.
