2 months ago, Bootcamp Ideas turned 9 years old.
In that time literally millions of people have visited this site looking for help with planning their bootcamps and growing their sessions.
To help with that we’ve published nearly 600 workout ideas and articles, 6 ebooks, two membership sites, a spin-off site called The Trainers Tribe, a thriving community group and even a podcast.
It’s an epic amount of work that blows me away when I stop to think about it.
A lot of the products, services and articles that have been created have been inspired by the responses to a simple question I used to ask new subscribers:

Kyle Wood created Bootcamp Ideas in 2010 when he was hunting around on the internet for workout ideas. He ran a successful bootcamp in Victoria, Australia and spends his spare time managing this site, adventuring (or lazying) with his wife and find new ways to make bootcamps even better.

Taking the leap and running my first class. What if no-one comes, what if lots of people come and hate the class or I havent enough equipment? So many doubts…
