Let the good times roll. This Christmas workout is from regular contributor Jo Sharp of Sharp Moves.
Kris Kringle Workout
EQUIPMENT:
- 1 Xmas bag
- 10 Xmas bows or tags with exercise attached
SET UP:
- Attach a piece of paper with an exercise to the tag/bow and place in your xmas bag.
WORKOUT:
There is 10 different exercises, the types of exercise will depend on the fitness of your group.
Exercises I used:
- 40 squats
- 25 push ups
- 25 burpees
- Sprint
- 20 dips
- 10 get ups
- 20 step ups
- 20 lunges
- 1 minute plank
- 50 butt lifts
One client picks out a “xmas present” (without looking) everyone does the exercise which is on the paper the group then run a lap and the next person picks another present out of the bag. I put the “presents” back in the bag. It was a fun session especially as the burpees kept getting pulled out.
MERRY FITNESS & A HAPPY NEW REAR

Love the Kris Kringle Work out- I was thinking of doing something similar with small gift boxes. SO you made it easier with the gift tag idea!! Thanks for sharing
You’re welcome! Jo makes great workouts 🙂
