That’s a great goal for 2022!
Getting clear about which goal you wish to pursue is key to your success. If you have like 10 goals you’re trying to achieve at once, it can be really easy to be overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next.

There is no point trying to grow your membership or class sizes with other tactics if you haven’t got the retention and attendance thing sorted first.
Once you’ve established that, then you’ve created a great foundation to grow.
But how do you do that?
In my personal experience, and also with the trainers I’ve worked with, it boils down to two things.
Sticking to the basics and getting uncomfortable.
The basics are:
- A basic knowledge of how people make decisions. (The book Switch is amazing for this.)
- Getting you and your business visible (aka being seen).
The uncomfortable part often comes from being seen. If you’re like me, you’d love to hide out in your home office and just have clients magically find you.
I mean, what if you start getting some attention and someone says they don’t like you? Let’s just go back to bed. 🛏
However, when we step into that discomfort (just a little bit at first) we’ll find lot’s of new and effective ways of marketing opening up to us.
