Welcome to Bootcamp Ideas.

I’m really glad you made it.

kyleMy name is Kyle Wood (the guy on the right) and I created Bootcamp Ideas as a place where trainers who are working their asses off to make fantastic workouts for their clients could come and be inspired.

Whether you are looking for a quick fix, an entire workout plan or help with the business side of things you should be able to find it here. If not, just ask.

You can read more about me and Bootcamp Ideas on the About page.

Let’s get you some workout ideas

Most trainers, like yourself, who find this site are looking for workout ideas to plan out their bootcamp sessions this week.

So before we do anything else, let’s get your session plans done.

Here is;

A HIT workout: Mini Circuits,
A Strength workout: As Many As Possible,
A Cardio workout: Run To The Hills,
A Team Building workout: Fun Army-Style Bootcamp Workout,
And a really Fun workout: Bootcamp Monopoly Workout.

Now let’s see if I can answer a question for you

Running a bootcamp isn’t just about being a good coach and planning great sessions; running a bootcamp means running a business.

If you were like me, you have a passion for fitness and helping people, which is why you started a bootcamp or group outdoor fitness in the first place. The only problem is you also need to know how to market, sell, take payments, run a website, have good copywriting skills and manage the day to day admin work.

It’s a huge learning curve so on Bootcamp Ideas I try to share what I have learnt along the way so save you the time and hassle of figuring these things out for yourself.

Here are answers to five common questions:

  1. How do I avoid giving refunds?
  2. How do I make my clients change? (and start dieting and exercising consistantly)
  3. How do I find my very first 10 clients?
  4. How do I create a website?
  5. How do I plan sessions for lots of different fitness levels?

The email newsletter and a sweet freebie

If you like what you saw above then you are going to like this.

I update this site once a week. While Facebook and Twitter are a great way to get in touch, they are notoriously unreliable at reaching everyone. That is why I have put together an email newsletter.

All you have to do is pop your email in below and I will send you a new workout idea and something else (usually a business tutorial/tip or session planning tip) each week.

Email subscribers also get access to 21 Days of Bootcamp Ideas, a 3 week series of workout ideas and training, all completely free with no strings attached. It’s just my way of saying thanks to an awesome community that has given me so much.

Get access for free here or by entering your email below.

Haven’t started a bootcamp yet?

You may have found this site while trying to work out if a bootcamp is even something you would like to run.

Maybe you are a Personal Trainer or CrossFit coach who is looking to add some extra services (and revenue) to what you are currently doing. Maybe you are still studying and are unsure what path to take when you finish.

Well I’ve put together a book with you in mind. A book that will help you answer all of those questions and what if’s you have about starting your own bootcamp business.

What’s even better is you get to choose the price of the book. Grab your copy.

Cover-SmallStarted a bootcamp and looking for ideas?

Finally, before I let you go I want to introduce you to something else you might be interested in.

It’s called BootCraft and it’s a collection of the best workouts from Bootcamp Ideas and around the world.
