Understand your struggle with keeping meditation going regularly.. I am hiking, running, mountain biking obsessively so I guess that a form of meditation. I am now trying to do some of the with friend/clients so that their is someone to chat to about normal things and have a bit of a laugh, it does help to not feel so alone. I am sorry you are both feeling down, its good that you can discuss it. Just remember how much you are both appreciated and respected. xx
