Alongside the other free and paid tools we offer to help make your life as a group fitness trainer easier (like the 21 Days of Bootcamp Ideas, BootCraft and guides to help you plan better) now there’s a group fitness friendly Exercise Library.
Now when you’ve found the perfect drill, but you just don’t like the exercises or don’t have the right piece of equipment to do the exercise shown, you can just find a substitute exercise lickety split.
You don’t even need to give us your email to use it, just head on over to the Exercise Library page.
