Featured Workout Designer: Lindie Ehlers
This month’s Featured Designer is Lindie Ehlers who hails from Barberton, South Africa. She runs two group fitness businesses there: Barberton Women’s Bootcamp and K-Fit Kettlebell Functional Fitness.
She’s got some really challenging workouts lined up for us this month. There is a good mix of kettlebell workouts and bodyweight drills.

Monthly Theme: Adventure August
Circuits and intervals are the staple of most bootcamps, but what about spicing things up once and a while?
I’ve picked out 5 adventurous workouts from the archives for you to try out with your group this month:
There’s Adventure Run, Run Press Run, Team Vs. Park, Killer Hills and 200m Forever.
It may be outside of your comfort zone trying one of these workouts and that’s totally normal. These are often the workouts your group remembers and talks about though so give one a go and push that comfort zone a little.
