August Drill Pick: Fitness Tests
Looking for a simple way to boost retention, especially amongst new members? Try running a fitness test for a few months to show them the progress they’re making.
This month I’ve shared 6 of my favourite fitness test workout plans on BootCraft.
Community Ideas And Conversations
I reopened the doors to our Facebook group community last month and already Crafter’s are starting to share ideas there which is amazing.
The community is open to all Bootcamp Ideas readers who’ve bought something from me over the years. I’ll be emailing out invites soon if that includes you so keep an eye on your inbox.

I know you love the bootcamp and group fitness ideas I send out, otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this email.
Reading other’s workout ideas is a great way to keep plenty of variety in your own sessions and, most importantly, save time in planning sessions.
BootCraft has hundreds and hundreds of ideas, with new ideas being added all the time. It turns planning a session from a 30 minute task to a 5 minute task.

Kyle Wood created Bootcamp Ideas in 2010 when he was hunting around on the internet for workout ideas. He ran a successful bootcamp in Victoria, Australia and spends his spare time managing this site, adventuring (or lazying) with his wife and find new ways to make bootcamps even better.
