This week on our Monday Morning Live over in our Facebook group, BCI: Ask, I had the lovely Jamie Nielsen on.
Jamie is a trainer from Queensland, Australia where she runs her group fitness business. She’s also a rockstar in BCI: Ask, often helping out new trainers and being very generous with what she shares.
I asked her to come on the live to share some of her wisdom. Here are some things that came up during our 35 minute conversation this week:
- how to plan workouts for lots of fitness levels – especially if you’re a new trainer
- the method she recently used to get 30+ new clients in a month
- what to do with your sessions over school breaks between terms
