Yoga Push Ups

- begin on toes in a push up position.
- drive the hips backwards and the armpits towards the knees into a downwards dog position.
- return to push up position.
- do a push up.
- focus on getting clients to open their armpits up and keep their legs straight during the piked position.

My clients are already doing this one as a sneaky stretch when their arms get tired during push-ups so they will love me giving them explicit directions to do this 🙂
