Walkout to Push Up
Kyle Wood created Bootcamp Ideas in 2010 when he was hunting around on the internet for workout ideas. He ran a successful bootcamp in Victoria, Australia and spends his spare time managing this site, adventuring (or lazying) with his wife and find new ways to make bootcamps even better.
Start in a standing position. Bend at the hips and touch the ground trying to keep the legs as straight as possible. Walk your hands out in front of you until you reach a push up position. Do a push up. Walk the hands back towards the feet, pushing the hips up and keeping the legs straight. Stand up straight and then repeat.
Sometimes called an Inchworm with a push up.
