This favourite (harder) bootcamp exercise just became an awesome pull movement.
Teaching points:
Start in a bear crawl position with the tyre in front of you. Bear crawl one step back. Reach forward and drag the tyre back. Crawl back another step and then drag the tyre again. This time it should be with your other arm. Repeat.
