A lateral (sideways) jump through the tyre.
Teaching points:
This exercise is more about agility then it is about strength. Start standing side-on to the tyre. Jump sideways and land inside the tyre. Pause to get your balance. Jump sideways again to the far side of the tyre.
Once clients get more stable you can remove the pause in the middle making it harder. It is important though that you include the pause with everyone from the start to reduce the number of people tripping over the edge of the tyre.
Once completed. Jump back through the other way.
