Tyre Farmers Walk

A farmers walk is a strongman move that involves taking two heavy objects (one in each hand) and carrying them either a certain distance or as far as possible in an amount of time.
Teaching points:
Keep back straight and pick up the tyre by standing inside it. Brace core, lock shoulders back and down and begin walking.
Variations:
Try holding a tyre in just one hand. Keep core braced and avoid leaning to one side.
Try holding the tyres in a ‘racked’ position in front of the chest. You can do that with just one side also.
Finally try a mixed position with one hand up and one hand down.
