No need to skip essential exercises like the deadlift when you have a tractor tyre handy.
Teaching points:
Stand inside the tyre. Turn your hands outwards. Thrust hips back and keep spine neutral as you lower your hands to grasp the inner rim of the tyre. Keeping spine straight, stand up. Lower by pushing hips back again. Repeat.
