Tuck Jumps

Tuck jumps are a quite an advanced exercise. If they are done incorrectly or by campers without the leg power to get high enough, campers usually just end up smashing their feet into the ground each landing which can only be doing terrible things to the ankles, knees, hips, spine, etc.
So reserve this for your more advanced clients who can do it safely and effectively.
The Tuck Jump should involve a tuck. Campers should aim to bring their knees up and not just kick themselves in the butt mid air.
Bend the knees on landing for a nice soft touchdown.
