T Push Ups
Kyle Wood created Bootcamp Ideas in 2010 when he was hunting around on the internet for workout ideas. He ran a successful bootcamp in Victoria, Australia and spends his spare time managing this site, adventuring (or lazying) with his wife and find new ways to make bootcamps even better.
Start the movement with a regular push up. At the top of the movement lift one hand off the ground and rotate to reach that hand up towards the sky/ceiling.
Watch your hand as you lift it.
You want to get into a nice ‘T’ shape with a straight line going through the arms and back from hand to hand.
Bring the hand back down, do another push up and this time lift the other hand up and rotate. Remember to watch the hand as you reach it to the sky.
Sometimes called a windmill push up.
