My bootcamp girls were tough! And so that’s why I named this particularly challenging exercise for them.
- Start in a regular plank position (arms straight or on elbows, both are pictured).
- Slowly lift the opposite arm and leg off the ground and reach.
- Either pause here for a 5 or 10 second count or slowly resume the plank.
- Repeat on other side.
