Super Crunch
Kyle Wood created Bootcamp Ideas in 2010 when he was hunting around on the internet for workout ideas. He ran a successful bootcamp in Victoria, Australia and spends his spare time managing this site, adventuring (or lazying) with his wife and find new ways to make bootcamps even better.
A single super crunch involves two oblique crunches (one each side) followed by a crunch with a double knee raise.
Teaching points:
- Keep hips flat on the ground.
- When doing oblique crunches, try not to just bring the knee to the elbow. Lift the opposite shoulder off the ground and reach for the knee with the elbow.
- Bring feet down to ground between each movement.
