Get into an elbow side plank with your feet stacked on top of each other.
Slowly abduct the top leg from the bottom leg. Keep the toe pointed down – think about lifting the heel.
Slowly lower the foot back down. Finish all reps on one side before completing the other side.
Sometimes known as Side Plank w/ Leg Abduction.
