Rope Sprints

Forget fancy parachutes or running with sleds, a rope over your shoulder will simulate the same thing.
Teaching points:
Throw one end of the rope over your shoulder. Then sprint forward. Try to keep going as momentum will make this much easier.

I use 2 1/2 inch fire hoses- great substitute- Free if you know how to get them- and heavier than battle ropes. FYI
