Rope Seated Slams

Take a seat and try slamming again. This is much more taxing and only needs to be done for a short period of time or small number of reps (10-15 for intermediates).
Teaching points:
Sit on your butt with your legs making a V in front of you. Brace your core and begin a double slam.
Variation:
Try alternating slams in this position for a crazy core workout.
