Rope Backpedal

Lay out a battling rope in a line and set a distance using two cones. Grab one end of the rope and start running backwards – just walk if the rope becomes too heavy.
Make this movement more difficult by tying a kettlebell or sandbag to the end of the rope.
In this picture two people work together to drag a weight attached to the center of the rope.

I love this fun drill with the rope! Where can I get a rope like this from? It looks like from the ship? In other words it doesn’t look I can buy this in a store. Looks better than the manufactured ropes I’ve seen out in the market and ridiculously priced!
