- to get set up, kneel on the ground with your hands in front, then stretch your right leg out straight out to the side so the right foot is in line with the left knee.
- push hips back for a nice stretch.
- then bring hips forward, keep the arms straight as you lower your hips to the ground.
- repeat on other side once reps are completed.
