Dumbbells at a bootcamp session almost demands that you must to renegade rows.
Combining plank like movements with a pull/push combo makes this one of my favourites.
Start in a straight arm plank position with dumbbells in hand. Brace core and glutes and pull one dumbbell up towards your ribs. Keep your elbow tucked.
Place the weight back on the ground and repeat on the other side. That’s one rep.
Keep your hips even. Avoid rotating them to shift your centre of gravity. Use your core instead.
