Prone Eagles
Lay on your stomach on the floor. You can rest your head on your hands if you wish, we are not going to be lifting the chest off the ground in this movement.
With your legs straight squeeze your glutes and try to lift your feet, knees and quads off the ground.
Spread your feet wide, squeeze the glutes. Bring them back together all the while keeping feet, knees and attempting to keep the quads off the ground.
