Marine Burpees = Marine Push Ups + Burpees
Start with a normal burpee, once you get down to the push up position lower yourself to the ground. With your weight now on the ground, lift your arms and reach them out above your head. At this point you will look like you are doing a superman.
Bring your arms back in, push yourself up and resume a normal burpee pattern. Do the same arm raise each round.
