Manmaker = Renegade Row + Push Up + Burpee
Begin on the ground in a push up position, dumbbells in hand.
Perform a renegade row with each arm. Do a push up.
Jump feet in and stand up like a burpee or squat thrust. Bring the dumbbells to your shoulders and then press overhead.
Return the weights to your shoulders and then continue down to the ground jumping the feet out to start again.
