You will need a railing in your park to have your campers do these.
Position yourself under the bar. Have your legs bent at 90 degrees as pictured or to make it harder put the legs out straight. Start with the hips and arms straight then pull your chest to the bar. Your hips should stay straight – engage the glutes.
These are also known sometimes as Bodyweight Rows.
