Starting with both hands holding one dumbbell at the chest, brace the core while drawing a circle with the dumbbell behind the head and returning back to the chest.
Then take the dumbbell down to the ground, placing hands on the ground besides it, jump feet back into a Plank position and jump back to hands, picking up the dumbbell as returning to standing.
Reverse the Halo direction and repeat.
