Commando Push Ups are a Hand Release Push Up with a knee tap.
Options for different fitness levels when using this exercise:
Beginners: Just do normal push ups.
Intermediate: On the first push up I touched my hand to my knee at the top of the push up.
Advanced: On the second push up I performed the more difficult movement of touching my elbow to my knee.
