Chest To Deck Push Ups
Start in normal push up position. Body straight, hands in line with shoulders.
Lower your body to the ground. Keep the hips from sagging by bracing the abs.
Keep lowering until the chest touches the ground.
Do not release the hands.
Push back up. Again keep the hips from sagging by bracing the abs and legs and feet.
Also written as C2D Push Ups.
