I am excited!!
I’ve lined up two awesome Featured Designers for the next two months, Leon Melnicenko and Dale Sidebottom.
You may already be familiar with Leon Melnicenko. He runs Unique Bootcamp Workouts, a site where he shares his workout ideas with trainers. He’s sharing 12 of his drill during July right here on BootCraft (more on that below).
Dale is someone you probably haven’t heard of… yet. Dale is a PE teacher and bootcamp owner who has been sharing his unique team games and icebreakers via phone apps for years. He’s also my future co-host for our new podcast coming out soon. He’s sharing 12 really fun drills with us next month. More on that and him then.
A little about July’s Featured Designer:
Owner of Unique Bootcamp Workouts
I design fun, challenging & unique workouts for bootcamp instructors, allowing them to free up time, deliver incredible sessions and turn new and existing members in to life long customers.
I stand for family, greater freedom, pleasure, creativity & learning. I love having fun, being randomly silly and not taking life to seriously.
I served as a Royal Marine commando which included being sent to Afghanistan to complete a 6 month tour. Upon returning I realised I loved the idea of team training and set up a bootcamp in Plymouth, UK. Since then I’ve set up a freedom business with my wife Hanni and we’ve moved to the south of Spain.
Here’s what Leon has in store:
- Bomb Burst
- Box of Tricks
- Tabata Hero
- Grid Lock
- Linear Warrior Circuit
- Club Dynamite
- Firing Squad
- 54 Card Smash Up
- Name of the Beast
- Monster 6
- The Iron Burpee
- Solo Attempt

BootCraft is an online database of nearly 200 workout ideas (and growing!). You can easily search and filter for your favourite workouts or grab some of the new drills added each week.
Kyle Wood created Bootcamp Ideas in 2010 when he was hunting around on the internet for workout ideas. He ran a successful bootcamp in Victoria, Australia and spends his spare time managing this site, adventuring (or lazying) with his wife and find new ways to make bootcamps even better.
