About Meredith
I teach a variety of group fitness classes at an athletic club, Premier at Sawmill, in Columbus, OH. My bootcamp classes are outgrowing the space and I love helping members complete a challenging class!
Kyle Wood created Bootcamp Ideas in 2010 when he was hunting around on the internet for workout ideas. He ran a successful bootcamp in Victoria, Australia and spends his spare time managing this site, adventuring (or lazying) with his wife and find new ways to make bootcamps even better.
How do you do the banded exercises in Circuit 1 and is the partner wall sitting with a short band around their legs? is the band in the second exercise affixed tp something? Thanks for the clarification!
