Intense Cardio Circuit Challenge
Clients: Suits 4-20 clients
Equipment: Steps, Medicine balls, Commando net, Timer
Warm Up
Basic jog around field using squats, push ups and sit ups intermittently. Go through stations slowly untimed twice so clients know what theyre doing.
Concept
Clients work in pairs. Clients race through a series of 5 stations that are approx 20-30mtrs appart in a vertical line. Performing 15 reps on each station. The stations can be strength or cardio or a mixture.
Suggested Stations
I use the following stations –
- Step up box between two people 15 steps each leg
- 15 push ups
- Crawl under a commando net to next station
- 15 medicine ball slams to your partner
- 15 burpees or touch jumps
Then race back to start approx 200 metre sprint.

I got the 8 stakes for $1 each and light weight white bird netting down in the garden isle at Bunnings really cheap like $3 per mtr and got 3-4mtrs
The army disposal shop wanted $13 per mtr a rip off 😉
FYI: Bunnings is a home depot type store with gardening items, tools, shower heads, rope, etc.
