Zombies and monsters and ghosts – oh my! Treat your clients with these four tricky Halloween bootcamp workouts.
Holiday themed workouts are a great way to add some spice to the everyday circuits and interval workouts you run. It also gives you a chance to be really creative and run a bootcamp session that you wouldn’t normally try.
This time of year it gets busy with Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and then New Year. You’ll find that many of these workouts include slamming balls and pumpkins on the ground which is a great way for your campers to relieve some of that early holiday season stress.

1. Halloween Trick or Treat Circuits
Work hard on your ‘sprinting away from zombies’ skills to be the pair with the treats – because the tricks aren’t so nice!
Before the workout make sure you come up with a nice set of ‘tricks’ and ‘treats’ for your campers. You’ll be splitting them into small groups to work together to finish this one.

Social distancing tip: Instead of placing your trick or treat cards into bags, have them spread out face down on the floor for your campers to choose from.
2. The Halloween Workout
Take your campers through this smashing pumpkin workout where they’ll meet with Frankenstein and zombies in the circuit!
It’s a great blend of team games and a really tough workout.

3. Pumpkin Bootcamp
Promote perfect partner participation possessing pumpkins! Say that five times fast.
This is a fun partner workout that features a couple of novel I Go You Go AMRAP drills.

4. Slamaggedon
Slamaggedon is coming as you fight to survive the monsters and the zombies!
Pairs will get 2 minutes to go as hard as they can on each station. Each station has a fun Halloween twist to it, including an obiligatory pumpkin smashing one.

Spooktacular Circuit Drill
This was a fun circuit. Bootcampers works in groups of two or more (depending on group size) and rotate from station to station. Endurance and agility.

2. Tyre Pushes (Small car tyre, push low like with sledpush) 10 m
3. Burpee with tyre presses (Burpee, when coming up, press tyre up above head)

7. SDLHP (with kettlebell)
8. Medicine Ball Bicycle Crunch (Balance ball with elbow against knee and rotate – opposite arm and knee – bicycles)
