‘Fitness Bingo’ is a great challenge for any holiday/slow season. It encourages participants to stay active and creates some accountability by reporting back and crossing tasks off the list.
I set mine up for two weeks with mostly easy tasks to accomplish sprinkled with a
few more challenging ones.
Feel free to swap out tasks as you see fit. I purposefully picked tasks that encourage an active lifestyle and help create healthy habits all around. On top of that, I wanted to make sure the tasks don’t require too much set-up, equipment or time while encouraging participants to try new activities.
I funneled all the responses and feedback through my website homepage as not all participants are on Facebook, but I would assume a Facebook Group might also work.
Overall, it went really well and the encouragement and comments from my participants were great. Some even acquired new skills like roller-skating or dancing.
How To Play Fitness Bingo With Your Group
Fitness Bingo is a great, simple way to keep momentum going when you want to
take some time off.
I simply sent out the PDF a few days before the start-date and replied to comments while the challenge was running. I made sure the rules are printed on the Bingo-sheet itself so everyone knows how to play.
After the last day of the challenge, I checked who managed to tick all 14 tasks off the list. As a reward, I offered a rebate on the next round of classes. Of course, you can choose any reward you like or more importantly, any reward your participants might like.

Rules For Players
