Some Steps You Can Take
Here are some example of tiny steps you can take today to keep moving:
- Look up a workout idea to use in your next session
- Make a list of all the things you want to get done
- Message 3 clients and see how they’re doing
- Do a very rough draft of an email newsletter
- Download and store your recorded workouts in one place for later
No need to do them all, just pick one and go from there.
Now over to you.
