Gather Boot Campers into a circle (feel free to break them into 2 or 3 teams depending on the size of class).
Using a medicine ball, place the ball in the middle of the circle. Have campers take turns running to the middle to do 1 Medicine Ball Slam and then run back to their place.
Using music, pause the music randomly and whoever has the ball when the music stops must do 5 star jumps then step out of the circle. Start the music again until 5 rounds have been completed (or when you run out of time).
Happy Cinco de Mayo!

I want to use this tomorrow!! When you say 5:00 per station, are campers alternating between 5 reps of each exercise for that time? Thanks!
Yes that’s correct Kaolin
