Kyle Wood created Bootcamp Ideas in 2010 when he was hunting around on the internet for workout ideas. He ran a successful bootcamp in Victoria, Australia and spends his spare time managing this site, adventuring (or lazying) with his wife and find new ways to make bootcamps even better.
Nice one Jo. I’m going to use a variation on this for my Bootcamp this week, so my campers can get used to al lot of those different types of burpees, some of which I’ve not seen before, Plan to do 20s on 20s off with each 20s on as a different burpee. Then in the coming weeks I’ll do your pyramid above. Thanks, JC
