Burpee Breakdown
Workout Length: 30 minutes
Equipment Needed: Resistance Bands or Dumbbells
Warm Up
Clients choose a partner.
Partner A: Runs 200m (timekeeper).
Partner B: Performs movement until partner gets back. Then they switch.
Movements:
- Jumping Jacks
- Push Ups
- Sit Ups
- Squats
- Plank
Workout
2 squat jumps
2 plank rows (with dumb bells or resistance band)
2 push ups
2 Froggers
2 Squat Jumps
Run 8 Shuttles (1 shuttle = 10m)
4 squat jumps
4 plank rows
4 push ups
4 Froggers
4 Squat jumps
Run 6 shuttles
6 squat jumps
6 plank rows
6 push ups
6 Froggers
6 Squat jumps
Run 4 shuttles
8 squat jumps
8 plank rows
8 push ups
