Boost Your Metabolism BootCamp Workout
Goal: Endurance
Time: 45 minutes
Equipment: Dumbbells
Warm-up
Spend 5 minute with a full body warm-up
Abs Circuit (Non stop 30 sec each)
- Sit ups
- Plank
- Super man
- Rest 30 sec…
45/15 Circuit
Perform each exercise for 45 sec and rest 15 sec between exercises.
- Dumbbell Squats
- Mountain Climber
- Dumbbell swing
- Dumbbell T Push up
- Split Jumps
- Dumbbell Bent over Row
- Dumbbell Side Lunge
- Push up position Row with dumbbells
- Dumbbell Lunge and Rotate
- Dumbbell shoulder press
Rest 1 to 2 minutes
Repeat from the top 2 more times

This 45/15 looks like the same exact exercise and order as the “Spartan” workout.
This is definitely the exact same thing as the Spartacus Workout (the only difference being that the duration is 45 secnds as opposed to the full minute in the original). It’s a great workout, and I do a bunch of variations of it with my clients, just call it what it is!
