About Patti:
I have a sole trader business named BodyRite PT. Have made the Saturday Headline Mast of the Canberra Times as “the Granny that Keeps Canberra Fit” HaHa. Having been in the industry over 40 years, a mother of two and a nana to two i guess “Granny” is warranted although not so flattering. Absolutely love what I do. It makes people happy, healthy and fit and in turn that makes me happy.
Kyle Wood created Bootcamp Ideas in 2010 when he was hunting around on the internet for workout ideas. He ran a successful bootcamp in Victoria, Australia and spends his spare time managing this site, adventuring (or lazying) with his wife and find new ways to make bootcamps even better.
This is a solid workout. Will use this again.
