Bar Crawl… Bear Crawl
Drill Length: 10 mins
Number of People: up to 16
Everyone enjoys going on a bar crawl with friends! Now that the weather is warm and some areas have opened back up to in-person workouts we can go for a “bar crawl/bear crawl” during the workout with our boot camp buddies!
How it works: The red X’s below are the starting place for each team. Break groups into groups of 3-4 (ask members to keep their social distance). Each team will leave the starting X together in a circle, some crawling forward and others backward. We recommend team members rotate. After they bear crawl 5 m then perform an exercise together as a team at each station a.k.a. “Bar” then onto the next one.
- Station 1 – Complete 10 diamond pushups
- Station 2 – Complete 20 lunge jumps
- Station 3 – Complete 30 Jumping Jacks
- Station 4 – Complete 40 Crossbody MCs
- Station 5 – Complete 50 High Knees (L+R =1)
Winning team = Victory lap (plus or minus the beer)
Losing team = Hold plank while the winning team takes a victory lap
