Drill Length: 5-10 minutes
Each person who attends the online Zoom session or FB Live has their name added to the bag. At the end of the session we pull out a name and complete the exercises as stated above.
This encourages inclusion as we do the exercises together and also a lot of banter as the boot campers rib each other about name lengths. eg. Did you know Charlotte really goes by the name of Bob!
This idea has longevity for 2 reasons:
- The exercise sequence is always different
- Names can be changed for phrases.

My name is Jan and I started Jan’s PT in January 2019.
I run outdoor bootcamps and have 2 philosophies: 1) We train together whatever the weather and 2) when we have fun the fitness will come.
