The purpose of Bootcamp Ideas is to help you succeed as a trainer.
We share tried and tested workout ideas, articles to help you change the way you think about coaching and soon the podcast will be back also.
And this Monday we have something special starting: The 5 Day Bootcamp Challenge
The 5 Day Bootcamp Challenge is a sample of my flagship course 31 Days to a Better Bootcamp and unlike the full course, the 5 day challenge is free.
If you’ve been feeling any of these:
- Like there is not enough time to work on your bootcamp, you just seem to be working in it instead
- Unsure of the best way to grow your bootcamp
- Like your bootcamp is stuck in a bit of a rut
- Confused when it comes to marketing about what the best way to spend your time and money on is
- Like you don’t get enough time to take care of your clients beyond just running a session for them
- Frustrated that you can’t seem to get your own training in anymore
Then you should jump in and try the challenge. You’ll be pleasantly surprised at how just one week of doing something small every day for your bootcamp can have a dramatic effect.
Here’s how it works:
After signing up and confirming your email you’ll receive an invite to our private Facebook group (community is an important element).
Then each day (Monday to Friday) you’ll receive an email from me with a task to do that day. The tasks during the challenge only take 5-20 minutes of your time.
Once you’ve completed the task you’ll check in with us in the group and let us know how you went. That’s it!
After the 5 days you will:
- Feel more motivated about your sessions and clients
- Have a simple system to market online
- Gain clarity about who you want to train
- Have claimed back some time for you to exercise
At the end of the challenge, if you liked it and want more, you can choose to sign up for the full 31 days. It’s completely up to you.
There is no payment info needed to do the 5 Day Bootcamp Challenge, it’s on the house because like I said, this website is about helping you succeed.
Read about it and register here.
Kyle Wood created Bootcamp Ideas in 2010 when he was hunting around on the internet for workout ideas. He ran a successful bootcamp in Victoria, Australia and spends his spare time managing this site, adventuring (or lazying) with his wife and find new ways to make bootcamps even better.
