Today the doors to 31 Days to a Better Fitness Business (31DBFB) are open!
Every year I run this live course which teaches trainers how to craft their fitness business into a more fulfilling, fun and less stressful part of their life, one firm step at a time.
This is unlike most bootcamp business products. Why? Because other products have you focusing on over complicated marketing techniques like Joint Ventures or inefficient methods like door to door and flyer drops.
Instead, I will show you the foundational principles that a bootcamp must be built on to find success. I will show you how to run a bootcamp without working like a dog.
Recently, a couple of alumni reached out to tell me how thankful they were that they took the course and the impact that they are continuing to see on their business still today by employing what they learned.
You see the stuff we work on in 31 Days to a Better Fitness Business is like investing money in a savings account. The interest compounds again and again over time. The little things you did 6 months ago continue to bear fruit now. (read alumni stories)
My philosophy is to get the foundations right instead of adding a bunch of quick fixes. Sure a special deal you offer might get 15 new clients to join, but if your foundations are off you’ll lose them all as soon as the deal is over.
Building foundations can be daunting though which is why in this course I’ve broken everything down into 31 bite-sized tasks. All you have to do is open your email, do your task for the day and then check in with us on the Facebook group. Very simple and it makes the whole process a lot of fun.
Also…
Upon completion of the course you also get lifetime access to Bootcamp School which is a growing set of self-paced courses on things like marketing, website building, productivity and more.
This will be the only time I run this course this year so don’t miss out.

Try the first 5 days free
This year I’m doing something a little different, I want you to join us for the first 5 days for no charge.
I’m doing this so that you can A) see how simple it can be to turn your business around and B) make some solid steps towards improving your business now.
Each day you’ll get the daily task sent to you along with how to complete it. We’re also setting up an exclusive Facebook group so you can see how great the community aspect of this course is.
Here’s what you’ll do in the first 5 days:
- Day 1. Write your Why list
- Day 2. Take and share photos this week
- Day 3. Text a client something meaningful
- Day 4.1 Make a list of your 5 favourite clients
- Day 4.2 Arrange a time to interview one of your favourite clients
- Day 5. Plan your own training program
Join us and start taking proactive steps to grow and improve your business next week.

A few changes in 2018
There are a couple of things improved with the course this year:
- The first is Bootcamp School. At the moment when you sign up to 31DBFB you’ll get 2 bonus courses: Full Fat Maketing and Productivity & Clarity. With more courses available to you in the future.
- The second is the longer, better schedule (which you can find on the sign up page). I’ve added a catch up week in the fourth week of the course because life happens. Sometimes things come up and you fall behind, the catch up week gives you some breathing space to do just that.
Everything else stays the same because it’s already working great for students!
